A painting of Rummy by Iraqi artist Muayad Muhsin is expected to be the main attraction in an exhibition opening in Baghdad on Monday. The painting, which shows Rummy kicked back in a lounger with his army boots on full display, is based on a photo Muhsin saw that enraged him.

"Rumsfeld's boots deliver a message from America: 'We rule the world,"' Muhsin, 41, told The Associated Press in an interview. "It speaks of America's total indifference to what the rest of the world thinks."
