Instant Karma: Save Darfur
Today, Amnesty International released a collection of John Lennon covers by the likes of U2, Black Eyed Peas, and even Christina Aguilera, the goal of which is to bring more attention to the genocide going on in Darfur and fund efforts to stop it.
There are also related video clips on a special YouTube page, which is highlighting Green Day's cover of "Working Class Hero." It's pretty good.
We haven't talked much recently about the crisis in Darfur, but it is a tragic situation that should be embarrassing to civilized people around the world.
