In the first season of 30 Rock, there's a bit where Tina Faye says (and I'm paraphrasing) "doesn't it always seem like Condi Rice is on the verge of tears?" And then she does a spot-on imitation of her. Now, every time I hear Secretary Rice speak, I can't help thinking that. She does sound like she's close to tears.
